Her passion for nutrition and broad product knowledge opened a number of doors and her experience includes public speaking and media interviews, wellness program development and nutrition counseling. Currently, she enjoys rworking part-time as a nutrition labeling specialist for Ukrop’s Homestyle Foods and as a freelance writer.
