Don Lecky has served as president and CEO of Westminster Canterbury Richmond since July 2000. Under his leadership, Westminster Canterbury expanded its campus to more than 1.2 million square feet on 50 acres. With nearly 900 residents, Westminster Canterbury has become one of the largest single site communities of its kind in the country. A graduate of Williams College, Don holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Virginia Darden School and is a licensed nursing home administrator. Before joining Westminster Canterbury, he served as president and CEO of the Bank of Richmond, vice president of Thompson Siegal & Walmsley, and State Executive, Business Banking, with Nationsbank. Don has served as chair for both Leadership Metro Richmond and chaired several divisional campaigns for United Way Services, on whose board he serves now.
